As consultants for Nakheel’s The Pointe, we oversaw both digital and static media planning and installation to enhance its visual landscape. Our technical planning involved a review of plans, offering recommendations for the specification of all media to ensure optimal performance and integration. We provided valuable insights into project cost estimates and advertising revenue projections, optimizing returns on investment. Furthermore, our evaluation of commercial use of digital media enabled us to generate content ideas aimed at fostering user engagement and maximizing the potential of advertising opportunities within The Pointe.
