As consultants for digital/static media planning and installation for our sister company Hypermedia's in-store retail media network, we collaborated closely with hypermarkets, mainly with Union Coop and Lulu to optimize advertising strategies and user engagement. Our services encompassed a thorough review of plans and recommendations for prime locations within the hypermarkets to maximize visibility and impact. We provided detailed technical specifications for both internal and external media, ensuring integration and functionality. Additionally, our feasibility studies of new digital media offerings informed strategic decisions, while our implementation of a robust Content Management System facilitated dynamic content delivery. We prepared project cost estimates and forecasted advertising revenue to optimize financial outcomes. Our evaluation of the commercial use of digital media allowed us to generate content ideas aimed at enhancing user engagement and maximizing advertising effectiveness within the retail environment.
